All sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including sizing, fit, or buyer’s remorse. Once an order has shipped, CONCRETA LOS ANGELES is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, and customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct.
