Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are provided as estimates only. CONCRETA LOS ANGELES is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. We maintain proof of shipment for all orders, including shipping certificates and tracking confirmation, to verify that packages have been properly shipped. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
